Basic Responsibilities

  • Make strategic decisions regarding the course of action for the credit union by establishing objectives, formulating policy and approving goals and programs

  • Set rates on savings and loan products

  • Establish pricing policy on member services and fees

  • Ensure that the credit union meets all federal and state regulations and guidelines

  • Monitor activities of and appointments to the Supervisory Committee

  • Maintain, review, and update the credit union bylaws

Supervisory Committee

The primary functions of the Citymark FCU Supervisory Committee is to audit and review the credit union to ensure that all records are maintained properly, honestly, and accurately, ensure that policies established by law and by the Citymark FCU Board of Directors are carried out faithfully, and that members’ assets are safeguarded and used according to the purposes of the credit union.

Your Supervisory Committee is composed of volunteers who are members of Citymark Federal Credit Union. Supervisory Committee members are appointed by the Board of Directors and serve a two year term. The current Supervisory Committee members are:
